TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All rates are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2. Full payment of all bookings must be paid 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival, departure of tour/trips.
3. Full payment on all bookings is non-refundable.
4. A 50% deposit are required upon all bookings. Confirmation of bookings will be issued to outstation bookings, and the deposit payment can be made to our company bank account as provided.
5. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 2 weeks (14 days) before activity commences. There will be a service charge or fixed amount will be determined by the sole discretion of the management.
6. For holiday season, full payment of all bookings must be paid 1 month (30 days) before the commencement of tour package accommodation or fishing up.
7. Escapade Adventures Sdn. Bhd. act as agent for certain tours, hotels, resorts, and all other contractors / suppliers and finalizes all arrangement upon the expressed condition that it shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity or through the acts or defaults of any companies or persons engaged in covering or carrying out of arrangement of the content, tours or otherwise in connection with its operations.
8. Escapade Adventures Sdn. Bhd. Reserve the rights to alter the itineraries and/ or substitue services with or without prior notice as a result if circumstances beyond the company's controll or if found to be in the best interests of all concerned.
