SNORKELING AT MANTANANI KECHIL ISLAND

Itinerary

07.15 am

Meet at Wisma Sabah, Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen, Kota Kinabalu and transfer by coach or van to Kuala Abai Jetty, Kota Belud. Estimated trvel time will be 1 hours & 45 minutes.

09.30 am :
Arrival at Jetty and depart to Mari Mari Dive Lodge at Pulau Mantani Kecil. We travel 1 hour going to the small(kecil) island. Mantani Island group consists of 3 islands namely Pulau Mantanani Besar, Pulau Mantanani Kecil and Pulau Lungisan.

Note : For safety reasons, we may cancel / turn back halfway if the weather or sea condition is deemed unsafe for the journey to proceed.

10.30 am :

Upon reaching Mari Mari Dive Logde, freshen up and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before gearing up for 1st snorkeling session. Mask and fins will be issued by our crew. Get on the boat and proceed to the 1st snorkel site.

12.00 pm :

Back to the Dive Lodge for a sumptous lunch.

01.30 pm :

Continue to 2nd snorkeling site.

Note : If you do not wish to continue with 2nd snorkeling session, you mau like to be transferred to the beach on Pulau Mantanani Besar by boat ( at no additional charge ). The Mari Mari Backpackers Lodge is located here and you may continue to do other island activities.

03.00 pm :

Depart back to Kuala Abai Jetty, Upon arrival, board coach/van and proceed back to Kota Kinabalu.

Note : We may depart earlier from the island if the we foresee that the sea or weather is going to be rough due to the change of change of weather condition.

06.30 pm :

Arrived at Kota Kinabalu & drop off at hotel

Include :

a) Return Land Transfer

b) Return Boat Transfer,
c) 2 session Snorkeling,
d) Meal (Lunch),
e) Snorkeling Equipment,
f) Tour Guide (Driver)

Exclude :

a) Any item not mentioned.

Things you should know / bring / wear :

1. Sun block lotion, towels, Swimming Clothes, Extra change of clothing
2. Please ensure that you are medically fit to participate in this activity ; any person participating in this    activity cannot "Dive & Fly" on the same day.
3. For safety reasons, tour and activities are dependent on sea & weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tour or any activities if we deem there is an absence of a safe operating    environment. We monitor closely weather changes through the relevant.
4. Liability Release From MUST be understood and signed by the participant before the tour commences.
5. You might get wet during the boat journey, so please be sure to pack and stow your belongings proper during the journey. Dry bags or plastic bags for waterproofing are recommended.
6. Kindly note that you are responsible for the safe keeping of your belongings at all time. We do not    encourage guests bringing along electronic devices, valuables and documents.
7. Age limit for diving with compressed air is 12 years old and above.
8. Please check with us if you have any special dietary request, e.g. vegetarian. We however do not    guarantee that we will be able to meet all requests.
9. Please provide passport number and full name for security reasons.
